You agree to use the ENS app for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of others. You are responsible for any content you choose to submit, comment on, or share through the platform.

3. Content Ownership

All original content published on ENS (text, media, layout, etc.) is owned or licensed for use by ENS and/or its contributors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any content without appropriate rights or permission.

4. User Contributions

By submitting comments, feedback, or any content through ENS, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and share that content within our platform and related services.

5. Modifications to the App

We may update, change, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or suspension of services.

6. Third-Party Links

ENS may include links or content from third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external platforms. Access them at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ENS or your reliance on any content made available through the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ENS at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted within the app or at our official site. Continued use of ENS indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
