These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zyro AI, operated by Forever Technologies Ltd (“Zyro AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our websites, applications, software, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may also cancel your account at any time. Certain obligations, such as payment of fees and intellectual property rights, will survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zyro AI provides Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever Technologies Ltd, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Zyro AI after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a notice in the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
