If you're not satisfied with a product you received, MUGO allows you to request a return or exchange under specific conditions.
✅ Steps to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Locate your order confirmation email that contains your tracking link.
- Click the link to open your order details page.
- Tap the “Request Return / Exchange” button under the item you want to return.
- Fill out the short form describing the reason for your return or exchange.
- Submit the request and wait for a response from the support team.

- Items must be returned in their original condition and within the return window.
