1. Subscription Refunds

  • ENS Premium content subscriptions are digital services that grant immediate access to exclusive content.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once access to premium content has been granted.
  • We recommend users review any free previews or trial content before subscribing.

2. Advertiser Payments

  • All payments made by advertisers for placement, promotion, or other marketing services are final.
  • No refunds will be issued after a campaign has been activated or delivered.
  • In cases of technical errors or undelivered services, advertisers may contact our team for resolution.
